Business Development Executive

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

  • To be approachable at all times.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Drive new business acquisitions by offering a unique and compelling proposition to business.
  • Understand the marketing objective for each client and deliver above marked expectations.
  • To adhere to the timeframes of the project.
  • Ensure effective communication between the studio and the marketing team.
  • To understand the overview of the technical side of the project.
  • To actively participate in the team meetings to exchange information and ideas.
  • Share your ideas on new prospects within the marketing team.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

  • Attention to detail with good level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a basic level of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Responsible for running all client projects and cordinating with the studio manager to make appropriate comments before being sent to clients. Ensuring these are correct

Essential Skillset/s:

Knowledge of website technologies – static sites, dynamic/CMS sites, eCommerce sites, web portals

Qualification:

Any Graduation,
BTech / MBA Preferred

Work Experience:

Minimum – 1 year
Maximum – 5 years
